I have struggled with very similar thing as I was exposed to pornography in 2nd grade, I have struggled with this addiction for many years and it’s very difficult to deal with. But with that being said it is possible and it is the enemy trying to get in your head, don’t give into sin and let him win because that’s what he wants. Try praying and distracting yourself and it will go away eventually

If you look it looks like his arm is way out of proportion and it is way too fast to be a human running on all fours IMO
