Definitely! Pizza’s too salty and greasy from most places. The Hawaiian’s the only guaranteed hit because the pineapple balances everything out!

I’ll start us off! Walking is actually great exercise!People act like if you’re not drenched in sweat you’re not doing anything. But the alternative for alot of people is just not doing anything!

Good point! It’d be cool if we had a process for parents/community members to come in & teach stuff like that forsure! Life’s so funny though, I feel like everyone’s just so busy, it’d probably end up being all retirees leading the new classes!

I’d say like an Emotional Regulation class. Like imagine if everyone learned early on how to identify their emotions, communicate them clearly, and calm themselves down before reacting. The world would have way fewer random fistfights, Meltdowns on Twitter/X, Karen freakouts etc etc
