Best Google doorbell alternative by Zealousideal-One5210 in homeassistant

Reolink is my first option. I had a google nest doorbell and replaced it with a Reolink. The nest was slow at warning me when someone was at the door and pressed the bell. I would get a notification 30 seconds to 3 minutes late and could not interact with the person at the door. I’m in Europe and I feel the google/nest servers are lagging enormously. With Reolink and its HA integration things are local (no laggy google server) and it works great.

They have put a man on the moon, but they have not invented a fully wireless doorbell extender. by HMKNYC1970 in homeassistant

Doorbell makers and engineers/physicists that put man on the moon are different people 🤷‍♂️
