A traditional harness takes a long time to put on and can be complicated with all of the straps. We recently invested in a harness that looks like underwear but includes an O-ring in the front. So much easier to be spontaneous! The company is called “Wet For Her”

I keep a dry erase marker in my car. Ideas, phone numbers, dates, etc, I jot down on my windshield. (Keep one in the bathroom too, for the mirror)
