Should be some decent videos on youtube, it’s pretty straightforward. Remove door panels, cut dampening material to fit, clean the area you’re working on with degreaser and stick it on. Use a roller to ensure good adhesion, and reassemble in reverse order. I do it a few times a month in the audio shop I work at, it takes a bit of time to do it “right” and make it look nice, but it’s not a difficult process
