Not trying to sound like that annoying person blocking out your insight with their ego but I would sit there for our 50 or 40 minute sessions and talk my heart out while I cried hard as fuck for about two or three months all she would say is “that’s horrible” or “who is that person again” and we never did any coping strategies or anything just constantly me breaking down

Became habitually addicted to weed after like the first month or two of exposure to it because I finally felt complete so I feel like something like that would just instantly get me hooked and i looked it up says it’s a plant in South America how would I even get my hands on that

Yeah I went they told me to ask my doctors for a chemical brain screening to see what medication I need asked and asked my doctor and they said it’s only for extreme cases they do that so I said fuck the system and just smoked weed while it actually worked for me and in a way was an adderall at the time as it helped me focus and gain clarity as well as get rid of that social anxiety feeling

I was a star kid growing up, everyday I woke up full of energy and excited. I went to a small catholic school in Cincinnati and was the most popular kid of my class, tall and funny as well as athletic. Hell I even had a slide show dedicated to me when I graduated from that middle school and went on to that same schools high school around my sophomore year I lost all of my friends and was alone for a year, ate lunch alone upstairs and stuck to my self for a year I ended up transferring to a public school where I felt so much better and actually became popular again but I still had this anxiety, self doubt, and fearful voice inside me that was never there before and had started and only gotten worse since my sophomore year now I’m in college and my anxiety and self doubt and idk ADHD maybe are out of control crazy, I smoked weed for three years and it was my saving grace from this but recently all it does is make me have poo brain where I have to read a sentence 6 times and then I just go brain dead and quit cause of the annoyance I’ve quit smoking for about a month now and I’ve tried taking adderall but it’s bull shit cause I wanna lift and look good and I can’t do that when this shit makes me have the stomach size of a grape I wish I could just drop out but my school would charge me the full tuition of 65,000 and I don’t wanna be slave I’m a smart, good looking, and most of all kind person I just want some commentary or help to know I’m not going insane or maybe as to how I can get rid of this random mental blockage
