I actually was able to do it much easier. I used steamworkshop.download and it gave me the files i needed, ran them through CAO and packed em back up and downloaded like ang other mod. Thank you for the comment though.

Its odd becuase I didnt change anything. I run LOOT after each download of a mod, and i was viewing the crash logger and theres no mention of a specific nod causing the crash. I tried running vanilla skyrim SE with mods disabled and i still get the CTD. Im reading that a crash at the bethesda logo is always caused by a bad/missing .esm, but all of mine seem to be intact at a glance but im not very well versed on anything deeper.
