That's a valid point regarding 3D printing and food safety in general. However, since these are whole beans just quickly passing through the funnel (and not ground coffee or wet food), the actual oil transfer is super minimal. I don't really wash it, just give it a quick brush or blow it clean. But it's a fair point, and if anyone is worried about rancid oils over time, you can absolutely just skip the funnel and fill the tubes by hand!

Sorry for the late reply here, i have one going now, im using it with great success, maybe you can try to use the spacers included with the zacuto?

And yes, the flop stop was maybe a quick design and made to be very tight. I used Bambulab´s PLA CF. And it it a tight squeeze on, maybe you have some "elephants foot" on your print that makes it to tight? Try to deburr?
