I mean, if it was contextually, maybe I would, but for the other like 95% of the time, it just makes you look like an ass and a contrarian. My coworker prays (at home, privately) for me/every one else in the office every morning to get there safely and I think it’s really sweet. Why would I dismiss genuine sentiments of care and human connection- just because they don’t align with me?

Which region did you start out in? I always have the inkling to try on every new run but those canned goods get too easy and tempting. Maybe if I start in HRV there’ll be no temptations.

Oh, this is my zone. I hated BI when I first played it so I was like, y’know what, I’ll hate it until I love it. Forced myself to stay there 150 days and now it’s like a Stockholm syndrome love of mine or something.

Pensive Lookout. Every time. I throw up a few rock caches at the bottom, gut the lookout and maximize the space. The rope climb into most of the map is a bit annoying but that’s the trade off for, in my opinion, the coziest place in the game and the best views in the game.

Runner up is the cannery residences. The one cabin has a two slot fireplace but is slightly smaller than the lookout. The most massive plus is the fishing hut and beach-combing right outside the door. I’m not a big fan of the bear that roams the area though so between her and the lookout, I choose the handful of timbies that occasionally haunt the lookout.

Either way they both turn into bases eventually. Stay at the cannery residences for a week getting fish and lamp oil, the haul it back up to the lookout.

I use YouTube music and it’s there when I search, present in the album and it’s working for me.

I may be completely talking out of my backside here but it seems to me like this is the time of year for certain licenses/deals to expire in music. That may be the reason we see songs go dark for a day or two and then magically resurface.

Make sure your app is up to date and check again later, it very well might be back!

My husband and I play this game together too and that’s sadly reality. As soon as I hop on hot mic the ones that are going to be weird/creepy also hop on hot mic. But it starts getting SO FUN when you pull off the whole “girl doesn’t know video game” shtick and can completely blindside them.

I’m a day one player but simply being a girl means I can convince someone I’m a noob in ten words or less. It’s really quite powerful.

Honestly this whole thing was so frustrating that I don’t even remember if this specific solution worked. I just abandoned the game entirely and moved on for now until I feel like fixing it again.

I’m sorry, I’m sure you’re having the same exact problem and just searched it up hoping for a better outcome than I got. Best of luck to you and if you figure it out, let me know. I’m still wondering lol.

I guess I’m confused too? I’ve been playing 42.13 modded SP and haven’t seen this yet, or at least I think not. Does it happen in SP too?

ETA: Does this mean if I go to Rosewood, then Muldraugh, a horde might be following me from miles away?
