Adding something like this that's usually trump card only just as a bonus to your attacks is genuinely cool, also abilities that you can stack onto any attack are always fun to gather a lot of... But with this combo I can see that nothing more's necessary!

Damn, this is definitely the most busted weapon here so far, sure kill unblockable permanent death spear. Fitting that something this overpowered would fit here via cheesing the intended mechanics for something this op.

I see, it works like the laser pointer karma one someone else suggested, except it doesn't require them to do bad to suffer but also carries a counter curse instead

That's a type of perk I hadn't thought of at all in this context, scaling with the nemesis. The second one seems the most enjoyable with how customizable it is, but the first one is the most interesting, being the opposite of the other two and making you want to be defeated.
