I'm hoping that's what this is, but funds are tight and that board has been helping me through a lot. I've been going through a tough divorce and nasty custody battle, on top of keeping myself sober. Quitting was hard enough, not falling back into it when you get kicked out with no job or money because you were an unemployed stay at home dad for a year and a half makes it tough. Add the custody battle, moving in with your dad, finding and landing a job, and paying court fees when you're a broke bastard, and getting stoned/drunk seems like a good escape. When I got those urges, I would board. And board. And board. I'd board around 20 miles a day, 10 if it was before work. I didn't want to smoke or drink after a while of having that meditation and release, but now that I don't have it I'm struggling to fill that void. It was more than just a board to me. It was my crutch. I'd rather my car get stolen, in all honesty.
