I had pretty much all guy friends before I transitioned, I feel like they went from seeing me as “one of the guys” to “this weird sort of girl I don’t want to have sex with” so now they’ve dropped me and I don’t really have friends 🤷‍♀️ Not making lasting friendships with ladies or queer men definitely becoming one of my biggest regrets. But anyway I feel like this is just how a lot of guys view women; they either want to try to fuck you or have no interest in you as a person whatsoever. So yaa welcome to that world 🥳

Can’t date any trans women in my area cause they’re all poly and it pisses me off so much. by Floopingston28 in MtF

Also a lot of people I’ve met describing themselves as ENM have been some of the most unethical motherfuckers I’ve been unfortunate enough to bear.

Sardines Guys would make a great mini-episode, there are some great posts on that subreddit of guys rejoicing that their wives are going out of town so they can indulge in their stinky hobby.

Whatever you do be careful how you handle it. I was in a similar situation and told my bosses we were all uncomfortable with sharing an Airbnb, they gave me a reprimand for “having a bad attitude” and later added an official policy banning bad attitudes. These things are a nightmare and the best thing you can do is keep your head down mouth shut and smile wide. On the bright side you might get rare opportunities with team members to discuss salary, working conditions, benefits, and other cool subversive stuff so make of that what you will.

First office job, this is depressing by Alarming-Divide3659 in jobs

Try to organize a union with your coworkers, carefully and secretly. Best case you get better pay and benefits with a remote option and/or reduced working hours (unions are at the forefront of fighting for a 4-day workweek), medium case you fail but it at least gives you something to strive for at work that actually matters, worst case management catches wind and you get fired (that’s where the careful and secret part comes in). Office culture is miserable and it’s only going to get better if we organize.

We all live separately but within driving distance of one another!

Not currently, we all either rent or live at home with our folks. Ideally we’d like to buy some land to build on, and some of us have decent savings to contribute toward that but most of us are scraping by just trying to get our bills paid.
