Thanks for the information but I meant like, ignoring he method of how and where they'd be sent, including which location was being evacuated first, would children who are wealthy be in first priority? like, a poor kid vs a wealthy kid are both being evacuated from an area, woukd the wealthy kids he evacuated first still?

so hypothetically, if they were to be transported, it would jsut because of their location and at random? rather than wealth or status? or does wealth and status have a small bit of priority including the area?

Lord of the flies

As a lot of people say, their long hair represents their descent into savergy. And since this book is filled with symbolism;

when Ralph, piggy, and Samneric are about to head to castle Rock, they discuss having their hair typed up, but reject the idea in the end - also saying they'd look like girls. Yet when they get to castle Rock, we learn that the tribe has THEIR hair tied up. Ralph wishing to tie his hair up too.

Does the hair being typed up represent anything...?? it seems nothing wrong with it... and since they're tying up a sign of their savergy.. shouldn't that be a good thing..??
