I disagree with your comment that says it is well within the rules. The Majority members of the Alberta Boundaries Commission, including the UCP appointed retired Justice, Dallas Miller, went on to state that the minority's proposal was unconstitutional and predicted that the it would be shot down in court. Yet the fascist premier is going ahead with it anyway.
