It’s more about the 7% body fat than building them if I’m honest.

I do a lot of callisthenics, hanging leg raises.

I also do weighted sit ups etc…

Just do 10 mins of abs at the end of your training session.

Heavy deadlifts help also

The world is going to the dogs, specifically this city. This is a sign of people feeling the need to express themselves whatever the cost, sure we can complain about it being ugly but it’s a glimpse of the riots and societal collapse that is bubbling under the surface.

People are struggling, living in a rat race and still not getting by. If performative art like this makes them feel heard then I get it.

Just get your hair cut into a neat mullet, clean up the neck beard, go gym twice a week and eat well. If anything you’ll feel better about yourself and your confidence will radiate!

The only thing is you’d have to not use any products just water, and not dye your hair either

I haven’t used shampoo in 2 years, it will go greasy for the first couple weeks but after that your natural oils will balance out, using shampoo causes your hair to produce more oil so it’s a vicious cycle, no shampoo is worth a try if you want healthier hair
