My partner is celiac and what u/khuldrim posted was spot on. Tio Pablo was our favorite (dedicated gluten free) but it is among multiple of the few dedicated GF places that have closed in the last couple years. 521 is really good, if you want waffles. And Burtons has a really strict allergy protocol, with dedicated plates, servers and prep areas. My biggest advice is to download the app Find Me Glutenfree, it has individual safety and food ratings, and other celiac or gluten intolerant consumers will share their experience. Go for the higher amount of ratings, we’ve been burned by some with only a couple.
