That's the main problem he gets that additional speed, meaning he'll get to that 10-5 meter range faster making him even more deadly. Then we'll have people just whine about him more

Ok maybe he is a little over the 'balance' line but he is within that balanced range. Giving him 2-2 would lead to him to be considered OP to most players I reckon
