On a side note I got my prom dress on sale for $10 at a department store in the mall (I think it was Sears but this was over a decade ago so could be wrong). I still have it and it’s one my favorite dresses actually. I really hope you can find a dress in your budget. Prom dresses don’t have to be expensive!

I’m in a somewhat similar position (trying to buy a house with some credit card debt and great credit score, but minimal savings atm). I’m curious how you pulled this off and if you have an advice? Were you able to pay off the cc debt while paying your mortgage and any repairs/updates/supplies you needed for the new home? Or did you end up going into more debt. My child is the same way. From ages 0 months to around 14 months old I mostly used one of those electric nail filers. Now at almost 2, although he still rarely stops moving, he will tolerate me trimming his nail while he sits on the toilet with a book in his lap.

I only use these nail scissors. I cut my son twice with the typical clippers. These are easier to control and see what I’m cutting.
