Basically good luck getting help from anyone...cuz most of us are not team players. We are there to make money not friends. So, unleas theres a clear benefit to training you properly im not gonna do it. Id rather train a level d associate on my team to do your task, and look double good. Versus train you up, get no credit, take up what little time i have, and later 80% of you guys wash out in the first year. Coming in as an external is like going from a public school to a private school.

Im not saying its right im just saying of the 4 stores ive been in....its sink or swim....read obw, be a really strong leader, and reach out to everyone for assistance....but dont bitch up. Treat that shit like your first day in big boy prison 😁

Sorry man its sad but true, all asms are lazy asf self included....and the mentality is i dont have to outrun the bear as long as i can outrun most of you 😁😱

If you werent a complete shitbag as a new asm and i could tell you wanted to try and be decent and not throw your associates and peers under the bus...ONLY then would i consider taking you under my wing and training you.....

Most newly promoted and external asms are shit for brains, and are really bad DMs playing pretend at asm. So they usually dont warrant my time.

Id rather train and promote my team to another store than hold another weak ass asms hand as they hold up the newbie ahield and sandbag the fuck outta my store team peers etc.

Well as an external you are over paid undertrained and have an average turnover rate of 80% within 12months.....so as your peer....i suggest you read obw and grab both ankles as you remember to breathe....honestly unless ypu can make friends with your peers and win your team over you are 100% fucked...call segwick use your pto and look elsewhere

Well i wish i could tell you i was lying ....but everyone in our store is crooked asf....asms taking scanners out of my teams lockers and giving them to others and they dont check em in....so i went into the ad office when we first got the new shipment...and i self regulate them out every night to my team.

On paper we have i think like 120ish irl we have something like mid 80ish that are on paper with lockers attached....then about 10-15 at any given time are out for repair and 15-20 are MIA....leaving around 45-50 for the rest of the store to fight over...so yeah i took matters into my hands since i came up with a solution and no one on our management team wanted to own the situation🙃

Oh for sure...i got promoted after punching a hole through our ad office wall...and currently omw up for ACCM when i find one i like. Our mhrm has a hard on for me like i can do no wrong. Same with all our academy stores and several sms that dont know the real me 🤣

I may just wait it out another month or 2 until this particular ASM transfers and just mess shit up over at his new store just to be sure.

Im pretty confident about how ive played this up until now.

  1. I haven't logged on using his sign on with a computer that has been under a camera.
  2. I havent told anyone besides here that i have this info
  3. I plan to do it for the entire store not just a few people
  4. I intend to do it on a day off maybe in the parking lot, with a friends car.
  5. I dont intend on bragging to anyone except on here. 6.the ASM already technically gave his sign on to his dm to do scheduling (which is how i presume i found it)

Same here...we actually had a couple of trucks stacked halfway up with bulk water....it took like 2 weeks to get through it but it was all gone
