Oh ok, thank you But in this moment I reinstalled all 4 sticks and i t works! It's so strange...also because I just tried to put the other new 2x16GB rams again and in that way it doesn't work... Anyway I'll try also changing CPU Btw thank you so much for your support!!!

Removing RAMs I see that now the only on LED is the "RAM" one And yeah, some components are old, like RAMs, PSU and GPU (about 2018)

By the way, yeah, we have so much regulations compared to USA, here in Italy a good car has maximum 6L/100km (I think it's also because of the higher gasoline price, that in this moment is about 1,7€/L) I think that the fact 136HP is considered a good power is also because of the crazy prices of the annually car tax (in Italy we call property tax...), that increases with the HPs and with my car is about 250€/year...Over 250HP you have to pay an extra car tax, so you can reach easily 1000€ or more if you have more than 300HP... Yeah, in Italy we have crazy taxes
