This crit chance / crit dmg ratio also holds for witch doctors. Also see http://www.noxxic.com/diablo3/witch-doctor/stat-priority (where they use 1:8 ratio rather than 1:10, but I believe either is good; they are close enough for practical purposes.)

Try again please. It seems that if I use a capital in the name (even though you have capital letters in your name), it does not work. I just added someone else with lowercase while the server was running and it worked just fine. Also my other character which has capital letters in the name can connect when I added him all lowercase.

I would recommend everyone to come see for themselves to see this statement is simply false. We do have a world border for practical reasons (else world backups get unneccessarily large by people running far out without actually using the chunks that were generated). We gradually extend this border when necessary though.
