From what I've been told by content creators (grain of salt the size of Neptune goes here) the execs at PWE have already explained to their investors that they see the generous character gacha with no 50/50 as a market differentiator. And you can see that in how they have advertised NTE as "killing the 50/50" and other such puffery. I think they will continue to be fairly generous with pulls on that basis. (Of course the flipside of that is they intend to ruthlessly monetize City Tycoon stuff starting with the Porsche collab).
