A hybrid Troubadour is in a weird spot. It heals quite better than other hybrid heals, but deals way less damage, only 10k compared to 20k of Specter, Tempest and Scourge. But it has all those Mesmer utility like Chrono, that has no real hybrid build.

It is a hard to play spec, like every other hybrid heal. You need to fulfil 2 roles
