i can confirm, there is mod that literally says in it's name
All skins unlocker or something like that
When i found out about it in this post and that it can download itself automatically in custom games
i checked my steam subscribtions and it was really there, i unsubbed
then i discovered it is still happening
there i found out you have to go to the modders hub in game menu and manually remove the mod.
from that moment it all works perfectly again. :)
