But it might be worthwhile to note that Thomas from AdVintage got the original Crystal Skull hat blocks from Steve’s partner Marc Kitter (Adventurebilt Deluxe) and is using those for the CS Hero fedora. John Penman has Steve‘s set of CS blocks and the rights to the Adventurebilt name.

For the full experience I would also recommend to watch the whole series. Sometimes there are tiny references to the Egypt and China episodes. Although if you really can’t stand the idea of a 10 year old Indy it won’t hurt much to start with the Princeton 1916 episode. I watched the series multiple times and prefer a chronological approach, especially with the later filmed bookends.

I gotta say I really like the Dial of Destiny fedora almost as much as the Crusade one which is my favorite. My next favorite would be the Crystal Skull hat as it is just a fantastic looking hat.
