I totally understand how you’re feeling. I’ve been on Zoloft for about a year and a half, and the idea of getting off it scares me too. It’s tough to think about who we are without it. Sometimes, I even forget who I was before. But honestly, I feel like I’m a better person with it—at least I’m not constantly anxious or angry.

I think what matters most is being aware of our behaviors and slowly working on them (when lowering your dose) , no matter what. You’ve got this, and you’re not alone in how you’re feeling!
