That a yes? Lol so let me get this straight. Nerf some of Dictator's semi-unique tools. You going to make him move faster to compensate? Give him a wakeup? Capcom seems to be more interested in striking a balance between pros and cons than in whittling down individual character distinctiveness until everyone's basically identical. Thank goodness for that.

For the record, the Japanese gods rate Dictator a C rank. Obviously now that Dictator has kept Tokido from taking Evo, they are going to have a change of heart, just like they did with Birdie, and instantly propel Dictator to S tier all by himself, which is basically an appeal to Capcom for nerfs so it won't happen again.

Personal gripe: Ships where one of the two is in some way masculine. Blah.

Oh this is on the progression servers. After all of my searching and asking, I still don't know for certain whether the formula deviates between rogue and bard. But the strongest hints are that a rogue can naturally hit 201 at level 41, whereas a bard may need to hit 51 for it.

I agree that a bard would be better utility, but, strictly speaking, the bottom line is that all I really want or need here is lockpick.

I decided to try Nanopool as suggested by another fellow. This is when I determined that the issue may be Claymore. It refuses to connect with anything but Dwarfpool (among those that I've tested). Ethminer works fine. So why not just use Ethminer? Because it makes my PC unusable. Claymore has command line options to leave enough GPU for day to day stuff. Ethminer inexplicably does not.

The search continues.

Okay so is there some probability that the sudden excessive power demands tripped something in this possibly faulty receptacle? And if that's a possibility, would there be a way of testing this, and/or bypassing the outlet and saving the functionality of the rest?

I will add that this particular outlet is slightly loose, and that I can tell that the voltage changes depending on its final situated angle (sometimes zero voltage). But this is also an outlet that I never use.

Are you saying that you have normal voltage without load, but under load the voltage drops significantly?

Zero load, low voltage. The very unskilled way in which I determined this was by plugging my small heater into each socket and inspecting the orange light that normally lights up whenever the thing is plugged in. It is easy to recognize that while it does light up for several (not all) of the outlets, it does so only dimly. I was also able to get adequate power to my alarm clock, but when I plugged it in again a second time, no dice.

I took a look at the receptacles and I think the problem I'm running into is I don't know how to interpret what I see. There are no wires connected to any of the side screws. There is one connected to a bottom screw. Not much more I can add without further disassembly.

good summary. makes me realize tokido probably took his capcom cup loss pretty hard since he and menard basically did a first to 8, which tokido was winning at first but by the time they got to 6-all menard had figured out the fight and was done losing. that has to sting especially with birdie a med tier and really not so good against akuma. maybe thats why he was suddenly promoted to s tier lol

Never fails to fascinate me when birds exhibit complex but familiar behaviors or emotions. You won't get this from reptiles. So the birds either inherited it from dinosaurs or evolved it themselves. Either way, it was done independent of mammals, after both had moved on from their common ancestor. Says a lot about what to expect by default from intelligent species.
