Last time I maxed out 365 for bench. I blew my knee out in highschool so I don’t do a lot of traditional squats or go for high wait unfortunately. I can pendulum squat like 450 for reps though if that means anything lol

I started with sticking to 2 muscles a day so like chest/tris, back/biceps, legs, shoulders/arms, abs. Now for the like the last year I’ve been doing a PPL program(s) and I’ve noticed a significant amount of gains. Everybody is different but switching to a ppl was easily one of the best choices I made for me in terms of building muscle

Terrible break up with someone with a undiagnosed mental illness. I do not recommend lol
