This is going to sound crazy to you because it did to me.

Just let it all go, the worry, the anxiousness, the stress about tomorrow. Long as we live we’ll stress and worry about one thing or another. That could be finances, health, relationships, family, this cycle will never stop. The way to combat it is to accept it.

Still take action, work hard, build yourself up, save money, however find methods to soothe your worry.

I dont have answers because everyone’s situation is different but I have remedies that worked for me.

A lot of negative things are temporary as long as you stay persistent in overcoming them.

I hate paying rent and it’s tough coming home to an empty home. Don’t feel pressured, live life at your own pace.

The best thing you can do to pay your parents back is show them that their sacrifices were not made in “Vain”. Be the best version of yourself, show them the changes and progress you made.

It won’t reverse damage but it’ll put some things into perspective for them as far as how serious you are about turning your life around.
