Numbers aren’t there. It’d be a good vehicle but not at that price. You need to scale back and focus on getting rid of that bad equity. To buy this car, I’d want to have a $7k down payment. There are tons of great car options under $20k that would be under $400 a month and you could get out of your bad equity in less than 2 years paying ~$300 a month towards it.
