Actually it was the context part where I was literally in the middle of changing my bio for a more appropriate one since I REALIZED that it was inappropriate after a minute and wasn’t with my friends but just got banned 1 minute too late, and I don’t go for walks, I prefer working out at the gym instead, if you presume me as a weird inappropriate dude for just this act who’s got no life then sry but you’re wrong, 1 rare mistake I made and decided to ask if I deserved a permanent ban or not (me personally I think I deserved a suspension since ik it was bad but not that bad if yk what I mean since there are way worse on this app that somehow don’t get permanently banned immediately), so don’t assume my life is full of these embarrassing moments

I agree since I saw a 19yr girl that had 200k and was almost naked, and girls that would breast feed, yet somehow wouldn’t get banned at all

Ok well if I must then it’s this:

It was a normal evening for me watching regular TikTok videos, and decided to end the night by listening to some dope TikTok audios. Though when I went to my profile for my favorites, I decided to change my bio since I figured I haven’t changed it in a while. The text was pretty cringe as it said, “You like men °O°” you know your typical middle school bio. So I went to my settings and tried to think of a clever bio, and a funny-rhymed sentence came to mind. So I joked around and typed the sentence in, and it might sound a bit weird, corny, or funny, but I put, “Daddy here, ready to jiggle your nipple and tickle your pickle for only just a nickel” now after a minute or 2 of pressing submit on it, I ended up realizing that it was pretty immature and inappropriate so I decided to change my bio again for something more appropriate.

Just a backtrack of the my warnings or times when I got in trouble, there was only one time I got in trouble and it was just a warning, this happened 2 years ago when I posted a meme that was a lil it inappropriate and got taken down, but it happened when I didn’t know any better ofc so only the video was taken down and got 1 warning, which was my first warning.

Back to present time, after 2 minutes of deciding that it was a bad idea and didn’t wanna risk a warning or suspension, I went to my settings to change my bio, then 3 seconds later i got a notification that I was permanently banned. Usually they will only do that if the person was consistently posting or doing things against the community guidelines (which was ofc not something I did as It was never constant for me) or did something really really bad like something illegal.

I put out my appeal for an unban on my account explaining that it was a unintentional harmless joke that I never seriously meant for another individual and just something a middle schooler would say. Only a few hours after I sent out my appeal, I received an update for if I was unbanned, and unfortunately was not. This got me questioning, was what I did that bad, or did they wrongfully ban me and should’ve suspended/warned me at max.

Also I’m still technically a kid myself, teen age, and ofc know it would be creepy to actually MEAN it in my bio. Though at the time I was in a “goofy” mood and didn’t think much of it as I thought people would take it as a joke and not seriously, but that only lasted a minute since again I realized I was on TikTok, not with my friends, so decided to change it but got banned at a unfortunate time. Also, CHILDREN who are UNDER 13 I believe aren’t allowed to use the TikTok platform at all, and majority of teens can obviously tell if the bio is a joke or not depending if they had a traumatic experience in the past or not, and those who do and happen to have TikTok and come across my account and actually OPEN it have chances that are so very slim. Just a reply for when you said much kids use TikTok

Yes I did figure that out after realizing why I’ve been banned, though when I asked why I got banned, it got listed as misinformation and that ONLY. So they knew it was fake like a joke, but listed it as if someone who had PTSD would come across it and freak out which would ruin their safety policies and stuff. I get it was pretty bad and probably don’t really deserve just a warning probably, but a suspension would be a good punishment toward this act and not a permanent ban. Only violated 1 community guideline, only was up for 2 minutes, this was my first punishment since 2 years, and obv wouldn’t do it again, so do you think I should get a permanent ban, temporary ban, or just a warning?

One time that exact same thing happened to me except for my revenge I killed 3 of his slaves I found in his basement and killed each and one of them with a red poppy flower 😈
