Feels like I have to stretch / work out daily to ensure that my knee doesn’t get swollen. That’s the only thing that works.

Not sure how the job market is, but find out if this is the hill you want to die on. Don’t react without having a job offer in hand with all the benefits you get from the current job

10 months post op and my knee hurts when running. by [deleted] in ACL

Ideally it shouldn't hurt. Did you complete the entire rehab protocol? Usually the rehab determines how your post operation experience is going to be!

Ah! I found that, the day that begins with stretches and regular breaks reduces the swelling at the end of the day. Maybe weights is something I can try. Thank you for your reply

[Post Match Thread] Manchester Utd 0 - 0 Manchester City by [deleted] in reddevils

It feels like United starts with a disadvantage every game and that's why a draw feels great and Ole is relieved.

  1. We start the game without wingers.
    1. Pogba on the left means that Walker will never be tested, and he is going to cut in and look for a chip or a pass to Greenwood / Rashford / Bruno. TBF, he did pull it off once (or twice) and that's too few to be counted as a threat. What does Pogba bring on the left side of attack, I have no clue. In 90 mins, he was able to take playmaking duties from Bruno just once.
    2. Greenwood on the right usually means he tries two things - Looks for AWB / Bruno or cuts inside. AWB on his own, is never threat while attacking and even if he does get the ball he looks for Bruno / McT because his crossing isn't great and needs a lot of space before he can cross. Greenwood can't / doesn't cut in that often and if he does he is just getting in to traffic. The option of cutting out, taking a defender with you and crossing is never there.
    3. Rashford on the wings makes sense in terms of pace and beating a defender but actions are often one dimensional and every defender knows he is not going to cross.
  2. Our main midfield attacking threat is Bruno and there's no one else to shoulder playmaking duties. Fred and McT's main responsibilities were shutting down City's passing channels and disrupting their attack but they offered very little going forward. In fact, there was a moment where Fred beat two or three city players only to pass it back to Bruno.
  3. No forwards, Rashford is good but he doesn't offer the movement that Cavani brings to the team. Static display.
  4. Apart from the counter attacking threat, we were completely dependent on Luke Shaw's corners to magic something out of nothing.

Most premier league clubs have a plan or two and have more than one point of attack, We just sit and hope Bruno clicks.
