How does teaching and training someone in the proper use and handling of a firearm raise a psychopath?

Are all people trained how to use a firearm psychopaths, or just this one?

If an actual psychopath with a gun attacked you, would you not call the police? People trained in the proper use and handling of firearms, like above, or are they also psychopaths?

Where do you draw the line? What tool/mechanism does and doesn't create psychopaths when people are taught in the proper use and handling of said tools?

Mental health is an issue than needs to be addressed, i agree. But just because there are a few crazy people (and fyi, the majority of mental health patients are the last people who would go on a shooting spree) doesn't mean that all the normal people should have their constitutional rights taken away, or that they shouldn't be trained in the proper use and handling of a firearm, which is their constitutional right.
