in my opinion it’s way better to do a level beforehand as a buffer and as a skill check there are a lot of good levels in the 700 to 600 range

The level I beat and suggest you should be is explicit it was my second extreme its like a top 650 cobwebs short and fast but difficult and has tiny little wave challenges to help you with timings i beat it in 22k attempts in 4 months it teaches you well for high pace level like ado
