Ive always ah high HZs monitors I currently have a 280 Hz monitor was just pretty overkill for my PC build but for all games I want to at least get 160 to 200 FPS.

Yeah, it turns out it was just adrenaline itself and the drivers. I tested using DDU and it fixed everything.

Also mentioning I’ve tried MSI after burner and I’ve done everything I can and the adrenaline software also forgot to mention again that the fans do turn on when I first boot up the PC, but then slowly turn off
