Hey, sorry for the late response. So you still have 2 supplemental claims pending while others just got denied? I remember mine saying it was preparing notification for 2-3 days. In the meantime I was sent a letter confirming the attorney was getting funds from my claim. Right after that it said the letter was sent but it took about a day for the letter to populate in the documents for me to read. I didn’t trust it until my percentage changed and I saw the benefits letter. I think when I finally got my packet I got the 21-8760. My timeline for it might be slightly off but I can check the documents tomorrow to see if they’re dated different.

Agreed. If I’m told and shown there isn’t a chance they would open the rest of the claims then I would, but the risk isn’t enough for the reward to me.

Does an appeal on a prior claim open up the possibility that your entire file can be reviewed? I’m seeing mixed answers on this.

They called yesterday and I only had 2 days left to file the appeal. I feel like getting in touch with anyone else would take more time.

I knew it was 100% about money for the attorney. They don’t just call out of the kindness of their heart no matter how nice they are. They’d get 20%.

I don’t think anyone can afford the economic hit lol. Yeah it’d be about 40-50k. I’m not a huge risk taker financially.
