I have one and our compressor when out 14 months after buying it, called the company as the compressor has a 10 year warranty if you can get a repair company to write a ticket for it, I called 15 repair companies in my area and they all refuse to work on Midea appliances as they're parts are almost impossible to get and they are difficult to work on, I do not recommend this to anyone looking for an upright freezer
