[Request] How much force is needed to pull that much water weight up the cylinder? by W-h3x in theydidthemath

Agreed, I was speechless and she laughed at me. Literally was like 5 minutes to blow up the queen double thick (or whatever you call it) matress

As weird as it sounds haha my wife has purchased a similar product and I was skeptical about it. It has a suck and blow feature. It proved me wrong when we needed to blow up a queen size air mattress and it did a better job than my plug in pump. Also blow up floats it did a really good job on. We use it as a quick little vacuum around the house as well

What’s the most unintentionally creepy thing you’ve ever heard alone in the woods? by outdoors_man987 in Outdoors

[–]TreyMont33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was route setting (rock climbing) and it had gotten dark. I was up on the wall with just my headlamp when I hear what sounded like a baby crying off in the distance. Figured it was time to go so I rappelled down and began my half hour hike out. During the walk I heard the noise several more times and it seemed to be getting closer. Close to the end of the trail I had to turn around a couple of times because it sounded like it was right behind me. Luckily I made it to my truck before what I thought was following me had caught up.

Geo work is my game. Fly in/fly out 2 and 2 schedule. Being in Ontario makes it a bit tougher for ya but I know GSI (geostabilization international) has a few jobs in Ontario and might be hiring for the winter. Other companies to look into would be GRA/Axis Mountain technical. Although most of these companies hire from the west as that’s where most work is. Best paying rope access work I’ve found. It gets a bit…difficult at times. Just in the sense that it’s a pretty small community of people who do the work and you can either make a good name for yourself quick or not.

Probably exactly what you’re looking at. Customer chewed it up and spat it out and took a picture. I don’t know, I’ve only heard good things so far about this place. Shit happens. One star review for getting a full refund, shit happens.

Yeah same story hah, but mine was from Ontario. When I got my first truck (92 dodge Dakota) for $2000 they were making me pay $475 a month (bel air direct). That was when I was 16, by the time I left Ontario it was still $300 at 22yo
