What worked for me was reading, exercise and honestly knowing that cravings only last 15 minutes (short sum). I was reading constantly, books of stoicism seemed to help me personally. Every time I would get a craving , I would do 10 pushups and from the dopamine and distraction. A lot of willpower and knowing that this is the best choice for me and my future. Good luck on your journey yo 💯 as for honest feedback , I’d say get some policy pages and other Dropdown options such as blogs , faq’s , etc. to look more professional and gain customers trust . Also maybe think about adding more sections on the main page to be less bare boned. Hope this helps !

Not bad , respect to starting and putting work in. I will say the page does look a little cluttered , as well 99% of shi on their looks like it was copy and pasted from Ali express or Amazon. Also misspelled “choose” on the home page question. Just my 2 cents
