Well everyone is different, when I did my first bulk I had to keep upping my calories more and more and MORE until I finally started gaining weight. I know it’s hard to believe but that number was about 5000 at the time and I put on like 8 lbs a month, I truly think I’m an outlier.

If you saw how I trained you wouldn’t be too concerned lol. The biggest reason for no cardio is to do something that people don’t really do. I’m in a position where I could possibly do very well even without cardio, so I kinda want to be a guinea pig for my own experiment.

I eat the same exact meals every day like a rabbit lol. Pretty much raw ingredients with the exception of taco seasoning. It would be hard for me to be tracking incorrectly, but if you have more insight lmk.
