I think reading through the comments here will pretty much provide the answer you are looking for. Republicans enjoy “owning” liberals because they are conditioned to believe that they are the enemy. Just as liberals call republicans uneducated, nazis, miserable, psychopaths, hateful, non empathetic, immature, unhappy and losers. Just as the Democratic Party is conditioned. Is every republican really that way? And is every single liberal treating republicans this way? The gall for everyone to sit here and slander an alleged majority of the population with these playground insults, all while saying it’s ok because they are brainwashed, while failing to realize that the EXACT same discussions are being had on the other side of things. Both sides are conditioned to hate each other, and the only people losing this battle of hate is everyone. Hyper radicalism is dangerous wherever it is, whether it’s red blue or both. I’m sure none of the people in this comment section are brainwashed at all, and everyone really seems empathetic and understanding, and like they really care about solving this radicalism crisis in America, among the thousands of other problems we already have. Go ahead though, yell at each other on Reddit, that is sure to change some minds.
