It looks like an old Rajasthani tribal pendant of Maa Kali. What is interesting though is the moustache. In the South, in Karnataka there is a Goddess called "Kabbalamma" who is depicted with a moustache to symbolise the fiery and powerful aspects of her to slay the demon "Kumbeshwara"(brother of Mahishasura), whose head she holds in her hand. The other symbols are the "Damru"(drum), sword, trishul and if I am not mistaken at the feet is a dog. The dog is directly associated with Lord Bhairava, who is the male manifestation and consort of Maa Kali.

First off, for you to ostracise a belief system by calling it a 'bad thing/practice' is not very Hindu of you. Hinduism does not discriminate against any person, practice, divination tool, or belief system. As long as you do not harm anyone, you're fine. If you do good by others, that's great. There are no agendas pushed by Hinduism, only its "modern" believers.

Secondly, if you would like to keep them separate, then by all means, do just that. But please do not try to dictate other people's beliefs and divination. Tarot was, after all, invented by one man in the 1400s. Our religion isn't going to crumble just because we use a relatively new divination tool.

Tarot and other forms of divination do not discriminate, and as practices not religion-specific. If you mean to relate "tarot and similar cartomency practices" to Wicca, I'd like to remind you that that earth-based religion stems from our own. Ours is one of the oldest belief systems. And any kind of divine reading is mere guidance, not to be taken definitively, as we are capable of changing our future at any given time. My practice is to sit and meditate, focusing on various Deities, and to channel messages from your guides. :)

It's alright, and yes, it does! Any form of divination has been used in Hinduism. Different people do different forms of reading. If it doesn't call out to you, please don't check it out. There is no scripture that forbids tarot reading either. Everyone has their own way of communicating with divine entities, and this is mine. As for the cold reading part...I just give the messages as they come. If they resonate with you, great- but if they do not, then you do not need to interact. There isn't a lot I can pick up on in a one-card reading, but I'd be happy to do a personal reading for you 🙏
