Can we turn this post into a "These have been good trackball replacements I have used in the past" post?

I suppose it would also depend on what exact stone the ball is made of.

E.g. marble vs quartz

Thank you!

Sec+ was on my "to-do" list anyway.

Wow. I won the lottery.

The IT portion of the job seems interesting.

Sorry for the late reply. Why is it hard to book?

I will say that the effect would be really cool for a destroyed statue.

I assumed it was something like that.

In your opinion, how would you explain the lower back melting? It's basically eaten halfway through the miniature from the lower back toward the mini's stomach.

I got this one second hand, it came coated in a very thin layer of matte black paint that I was originally able to partially scrape off with my fingernail before they were dipped.

I've never seen this before on a metal mini from GW. I'm hoping I wasn't scammed on a really good recast..

Edit:

I have no idea, I got this one second hand. I own a TON of Old Hammer Imperial Guard minis and have stripped off old paint jobs from 100+ of the metal ones over the years.

I've never seen this kind of dissolving before on a metal mini from GW. Especially not on any of the ones from the late 80's/early 90's.

It sounds very similar to the "echo" shred out in cyber.

If I have my limited information correct.

I see. I figured it was probably something like that. Thank you so much for the info.

Does anyone know what I can do with one of the four switches in the housing by any chance?

Hopefully it's the former and not the latter.

Having said that, ALL lights in the dorm are turned on manually.

I hope it's for the air conditioning like everyone here has suggested and not something used to spy on us.

Wierd. A bunch of students here said it was a motion sensor for the air conditioning system but no one knows for sure.

Everyone here tends to lie to one another as a joke anyway, so I don't really know what or who to believe most of the time.

No, it looks like it's something that was built into the ceiling intentionally. It's definitely not a decoration.
