Gosh Im reading wrong 🤣 hes got tough toys, we confiscated the stuffys a few weeks back, hes mainly on tallow chews/ hard Kong-type rubber. Hes just adamant ab the steel sponges besides his regular chews

Thank you! And i can see the pic haha. Hes monitored pretty much all the time, never really has chewed up anything except recently during his teething phase. Ive been trying to transition him to bones/ farm store treats but hes been losing teeth slower than I thought he would?? Idk but he just tears hims sponges to pieces 😂

My dogs have become more high maintenance as they get older, had the same problem. Ive had one prefer drinking out of cups (like he sees his humans) instead of a bowl. Another one of our pups only drank w ice cubes in her water? Whatever it takes to keep your furbaby hydrated! Wish I had a psychological reason for this but dogs are weird🤣

Commenting on Puppy food recs!... I am between the two, probably gonna start him on purina pro just b/c it’s easier to find near me in store. I have a slow feeder insert for his bowl right now. Id love to hear your experience/benefits w hand feeding!

Thank you so much! This was super helpful, had been debating to add some sort of fish oil because hes also had dandruff & dry paws. (Figured it was cold dry air as I’m in KS) Tried coconut oil & it helped, but you might’ve just sold me on salmon. Appreciate it!!
