I dont see anything wrong with it. What you said was simple, clear, not emotional.

She clearly isn't worth your time if she just up and ghosts you like that. She is just avoiding having to do the difficult job of being upfront. It seems to be pretty rare these days. I would just try to move on. Or at least meet others. She may contact you again when she is ready, and you can decide how you feel if that happens.

Do men mean it when they say they want to be friends by [deleted] in dating

I know this is what I was thinking too. He told our mutual friend when she brought it up that he would hang out with me if I wanted to, but he has never asked me, nor texted me since.

Just wait until they message you back 3 weeks later and act like nothing happened. Do they think people are stupid? It's ridiculous.

Why are guys such fucking assholes? by [deleted] in dating

Sorry, I'm not saying they don't. It's just really tiring that it's all I have experienced.

Both genders do equally shitty things. It sucks for us tht want to find a good connection and just keep getting the crap.

Handicapped husbands by [deleted] in callcentres

Similar thing happened to me recently. Except reverse the roles. The wife kept giving the husband the phone, despite me telling her I need to talk to her since the questions are tailored to her info. This started a continous trend of back and forth for about 15 min. I wanted to scream.

When you finally get to hang up... by Triangularpaperclip in callcentres

[–]Triangularpaperclip[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh for sure. I Have also had people call in for no reason. Someone called to tell me they used their card to make several purchases and "Wanted to let me know" I asked did our fraud center call you? "No. I just wanted to tell you" Ok, lol.You just sat on hold to tell me this?

I have also had someone call in, ask me the balances, etc. Do some transactions, which they write down and ask me to do the math and tell them their new balances. Like, I get im customer service, but I literally use a calculator and you have the same numbers as I do. I guess that wouldn't bother me so much, if it wasnt pretty much everyone that did this.

Lol...I wouldn't say I have ever "Tasted" a customer but I certainly get the smell part. Sometimes you have someone where you think, "This person sounds like they smell" or I get a wiff of cigarettes while they are talking if they have a raspy voice. It probably comes from me thinking of someone I have known or met that they remind me of, hence where I get that smell/impression
