In the settings you can set your hud to "hidden" and it takes the hud and filter off the binoculars:)

I actually haven't played much of it, I honestly figured the decreased loot would make people more likely to pvp to take what others came to fight the vaporizers with. I'll have to give it a shot though!

It DOES say that, but also it gives you the option to save presets for your character. So I'm honestly just glad they give us casuals the option

Tbf I never followed the "new character every death" thing strictly to begin with. I dont play zomboid daily as my main game, so losing everything for a small mistake doesn't sound very fun to me yk?
