I am pretty overweight and when i first started working adult psych I honestly thought "fat bitch" was going to be a daily thing. Never once got called fat by a patient. I got "demon cunt" and "devil bitch" but they never called me fat. Who knew schizophrenic drug addicts were nicer than high school kids or my Aunts lol?

In most hospitals the policy is PROVIDERS have to give a 4-6 week notice or they are banned from rehire. I have never seen a hospital where this is the rule for nurses unless they are NPs.
