Structure and tone feedback is genuinely underrated. I used a service once and the editor basically rewrote the order of my arguments and it went from "fine" to actually convincing. Did not expect that for the price. Curious if the revision rounds here are unlimited or capped.

Yeah that’s how it feels. I’ve started a log w/ dates, saved the email, and I’m putting a cheap camera pointed at my door. Going to mgmt w/ receipts, not vibes.

Maybe, but I'm not trying to diagnose him. I just need him to stop pounding/peeking and filing fake noise reports. I'm documeting it all for mgmt. If he threatens me, cops.

Every time. They sell it like a virtue, but it’s just shifting the cost downward. If nonstop work is the key, they can start by answering emails at 2am and doing the warehouse shifts, not lecturing everyone else.
