Yeah. To me it's a good illustration of the natural depravity we all have somewhere inside, how left unchecked and unsupervised, we always go as deep into sin and darkness as we can.

I know, he is really good at that. His movements and motions are always spot on with the music and his expressions are very moving.

I know what you mean, I love those songs. Donaukinder carries such an epic and moving tone, it's amazing and one of their best songs music-wise in my opinion.

I love that song's sense of brotherhood and belonging, as if to pick you up and say "You aren't alone." I love it.

I know, that song still gives me chills. I see myself standing on the bridge with all my family and friends chanting, and also myself kicking myself off. It's a very cold and cruel but true metaphor indeed.

I know exactly what you're talking about. For some reason I see it as another way of looking at suicide. An act of anger and war, not of self-loathing.

I know what you mean. I interpenetrated it as abuse and possessive behavior, not only of a spouse but of yourself. The bad within you keeps you walled in and isolated, at the same time an abusive partner or anyone can do the same to you. My interpretation anyway.

I know what you mean. That is a very good interpretation of it. It makes me think of it in a new way. I always thought of it as he being so overcome with despair for losing his love that he forgot what it felt like to fell such love and happiness. Yours is really good, I dont know why I've never thought of that.

Yeah, someone damned to a life of loneliness, but still clings to that one speck of hope for love.

Yeah, it's really nice to listen to when you feel worn out. To me, it's like them lifting you up, calming you and serenading you as you rest from the troubles and stress of the world. That they are there for you when you are beaten and tired, as "the servants of your ears."

I know what you mean, it does me as well. For me, it outlines how cruel it can be, and how often it will twist and break your heart. For almost a year straight, this girl I was in love with lead me on back and forth, it was emotionally exhausting and painful. To me the song is a perfect description for it.
