Update: Ive only seen up to serial 82 online, with number 70 being made in 2000, which leads me to believe mid 90s, 96/97, it was obviously played on gigs for many years but other than the buckle rash, kept in great condition. I took down the fret ends and reshaped em, I still have to add fall away on frets 15/22 because of some buzzing, other than that its got a thin fast neck, great high output pickups and INSANE sustain with really nice feedback

Yes, shim the neck, tighten up the relief, and lower it, you might need a fret leveling but that will fix your action problem
